Wellness, Words and Wanderlust!

I’m a proud mom of two amazing adult kids and four fur-babies who keep me on my toes! 🐾💖  Life recently took a sudden turn when I  had to unexpectedly leave a job that I had loved for 5 years. Approaching 60 years of age I began an unplanned  early retirement, but I’m embracing this new chapter with purpose and passion.

I’m on a journey of healing—emotionally and physically—surrounded by incredible support from my family and those guiding me along the way. Now, it’s time to finish those book projects, cherish every blessing, and truly live life, not just exist.

Starting in April, I’ll be blogging about my journey to healing, health, and living my best life. I’m not a fitness expert or health coach—just someone committed to growth, wellness, and joy. And I want to bring you along for the ride! 💫
